Women can reliably remember if they gave sexual consent when intoxicated, new study suggests

Most perpetrators never find themselves in court, let alone in jail. Sexual assault cases need to be fully investigated, and rapport-based interviewing with proper safeguards implemented, even if the parties were alcohol-intoxicated.
